This is a young White male, age 16, who was on a trip for a month in the Amazon basin in Brazil.  After he returned to the USA three months ago, he noticed a little indurated nodule on his forehead, which he treated with topic antibiotics.  However, as time passed, this lesion did not heal, became ulcerated and continued to grow.

We present two images from the forehead lesion and four microscopic images from H&E sections (10x, 20x and 100x).

Microscopic pictures were taken using a Sony DCS-P1 digital camera.
