A young 17 year-old girl presented with a huge lump in her left breast with mild pain during periods for last three months.

The images presented here were from an FNA sample stained with Pap.  Epithelial elements are in cohesive clumps without significant pleomorphism. The stromal elements show marked pleomorphism including bizarre nuclei and features of disorganization of chromatin in at least some of the cells, though mitotic activity is not seen.
