This is a young, 15 years old male patient from Peru with history of allergies since childhood, with allergic rhinitis, asthma and atopic dermatitis. His current illness started 3 years ago with bilateral swelling of the upper lip, which has recently become more pronounced on the left side.  A recent lip biopsy is presented.
