This was a 21 year-old Peruvian woman who was admitted to the Hospital for hepatosplenomegaly. The day after the admission she presented with mild convulsions and sudden death. No other medical history was available.

An autopsy was performed with the findings shown in the nine pictures below.

No histological preparations are available.
